A Summer Evening at the Historic Hotel
Everyone is encouraged to join in the Thursdayafterglow and grand reception entitled A SUMMER EVENING AT THE HISTORIC HOTEL which will be held at the beautiful and historic Hotel Winneshiek and Steyer Opera House located in downtown Decorah. These two one-hundred-year old buildings have been completely restored and merged into a wonderful facility with all modern amenities and have retained the gracious charm and ambience of past years. 
The Afterglow will begin immediately following the Parade of Choruses.
Throughout the Hotel, Sangerfest guests may enjoy hors d oeuvres, refreshments, music, dancing and singing, often with an ethnic flavor. Cash bars will also be available.
The Hotel Winneshiek is less than a five-minute drive from the Parade of Choruses venue at the Center for Faith and Life on the Luther College Campus.
