Veterans Brunch and Meeting

The Veterans Brunch will begin at 10:00 am, on Friday June the 30th, in the Peace Dinning Room of the Student Union building on the Luther College campus. The Peace Dinning Room has a very pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful view of the Upper Iowa River Valley.

The menu will be scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, bacon, sausage links, fresh fruit salad, assorted gourmet muffins, coffee, milk and juice. The cost will be $10.00 per person and tickets must be purchased in advance.

In order for Luren to make final arrangements, veterans from all choruses MUST complete their reservations in advance. We request that each chorus please have one member with an e-mail address to take care of their chorus reservations and forward their count to Bernie (bcgluth@acegroup.cc). Luren must receive all reservations on or before June 1, 2006.

Bernie Gluth chairs the Veterans Chorus Committee. Bernie is a Luren member who also serves as our assistant director. Bernie is a retired educator having served as an instrumental music teacher in Iowa’s public schools.
